I find the most touching and beautiful weddings are the ones which not only shine with love and happiness, but really show the couples’ individuality and represent their personalities.

This wedding did that with gusto!

The Groom and his double trouble Best Men are keen golfers, and with the views from Telford Hotel and Golf Resort across the local area, what better location for this couple’s wedding.

Gemma brought her vibrant personality to the fore with colour and style. Beautiful large sunflowers (her favourite flower) in her bouquet gave a flavour of hippy chick, whilst the rest of her ensemble oozed vintage class. A beautiful full length strapless wedding dress with a stunning diamante belt detail and beautiful buttons which went right down to the hem, teamed with a handmade bird cage veil, made specially to match, Irregular Choice shoes and vintage gloves gave Gemma a classic and timeless air.

The Bride and her entourage were pampered at KLF Hair & Beauty, with the bridesmaids having little sunflowers put through their hair to tie in with the theme. A lovely contrast to their dark blue dresses.

Tom, in his tailored suit with stitching and detailing, set off with gold bow tie, gold braces and custom cufflinks meant he was the epitome of the dashing gentleman.

Many personal touches were seen throughout the wedding, such as the Father of the Bride baking the cake, and the bride herself, being a qualified cake decorator, adding the finishing touches.

The two Best Men brought hilarity throughout the whole day, from playing Rock, Paper, Scissors to find out who had the honour of looking after the rings, to team tagging the speech.

Gemma and Tom are known for their love of music and a good night out, so live music at the reception from the band The Forgery and a DJ meant that everyone was having a blast right until the wee hours.

When I first met Gemma & Tom I knew I would enjoy this wedding, and I must say it was a fantastic day from start to finish. I would like to say a huge thank to them both for choosing me to capture the memories of this special day. Also a huge shout out to the amazing bridesmaids (who were wonderful - Thanks Frankie for feeding me pastry!), the brilliant Best Men, and to the wonderful family. You all really made it such a pleasure, and it was wonderful to work with you all.
